TRAINING

A good product with professional training is the key to success of correct wheel alignment activity in a workshop. TruckCam provides training for our products world wide, on location or at several training facilities. The training is not only based on handling the equipment, but also focused on the technical aspects of the various vehicle types. This ensures the user is able to measure a vehicle, and has the knowledge to adjust particular makes.

The TruckCam training program is built up in several education levels and can be conducted in various languages.

Training courses

Course 1 - Basic
This course gives an introduction to wheel alignment as it mixes basic wheel alignment theory (explanation of all wheel angles and the reasons for doing wheel alignment) with practical training by measuring and adjusting a tractor unit with a three axle trailer.

Course 2 - Advanced
This course starts of with a short repetition of the theory part from the basic course, and continues with theoretical explanation of measuring double or multiple steered vehicles. It also covers the diagnostics of a complete vehicle, theoretical explanation of how to put tractor unit and trailer with steered axles in line and practical wheel alignment of double or multiple steered vehicles and trailers with steered axles.

Course 3 - Electronic / Hydraulic steered axles
This course includes a theoretical explanation of the different steering systems as well as practical alignment of a vehicle with electronic steered axles and a vehicle with hydraulic steered axles.

Course 4 - Alignment of buses
This course includes a theoretical part covering independent suspensions, air suspension and adjusting ride height, as well as practical examples such as wheel alignment of a bus with independent suspension including measuring and adjusting ride height, and camber and measuring and adjusting of a bus with a steered tag axle.
