New Bus End of Line Alignment station installed in China

TruckCam have successfully installed an End of Line Alignment station for buses at Sichuan Hyundai Motor Company, Chengdu, China. 
The station allows measurements like toe, out of square, caster and camber, including live adjustments without any extra attachments to the bus body. 

We're pleased to see a rapid growth in the Chinese market and this installation contributes to further expanding in the Asian region.

TruckCam End of Line station installed at Volvo Eicher manufacturing plant in Indore, India
For the production facility of Eicher Trucks and Buses in Indore, India, TruckCam supplied and installed an End of Line station with intergrated heavy duty electronic turn plates. In this way all wheel angles like toe, camber, caster, KPI, out of square, parallelism and max turn are measured with the highest precision and in the shortest time possible.

Don't compromise on accuracy - TruckCam at the Automechanika 2012
This year’s Automechanika was a great success for TruckCam with many valuable meetings with both contacts from our current distributor network as well as new contacts. Through live demonstrations, many visitors from all over the world experienced the speed and simplicity of the TruckCam system using the vehicle centerline measurement principle – the best way not to compromise on accuracy!

During the exhibition TruckCam also held an evening event at our stand, where the Distributor of the Year award 2011/2012 as well as the award for best newcomer of the year 2011/2012 were announced.

The TruckCam Distributor of the Year 2011/2012 is our Norwegian distributor Langö Service, represented by Sales Manager Tore Lövaas and Managing Director and owner John Langö. Langö Service has made a great effort in promoting the TruckCam brand and has a high market presence in a small market with very tough competition. This has been achieved through good marketing but most importantly through excellent product knowledge and after sales service.

The best newcomer of the year in the TruckCam family is our Romanian distributor Prompt Service Total, represented by Managing Director and owner Mr Beniamin Steau and Sales Manager Mr Emil Raduta. Prompt Service Total has in a short time built a good market presence in Romania, and made the TruckCam brand known through good marketing and product knowledge.

TruckCam announces new distributor for the Italian market
TruckCam is proud to announce our newly started co-operation with Italian company Sipav srl, based in Reggio Emilia. Sipav srl, a part of the Cemb di Mandello del Lario Group, is a well-known company in the Italian market. The company specializes in workshop equipment for tyre service workshops and is well represented all over Italy.

Frame gauge based TruckCam system installed at Arabian Vehicles & Trucks Industry manufacturing plant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
By the end of June a frame gauge based TruckCam system was installed at the manufacturing plant of Arabian Vehicles & Trucks Industry in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.  

This digital wheel alignment system with vehicle centerline measurement reference is used to ensure that the vehicles leaving the production line has correctly aligned wheels and axles and a correct steering wheel position. The time needed for wheel alingment at the end of the production line is significantly reduced through the user friendliness and accuracy of the TruckCam system. All measurements are stored in the computer and measurement reports are printed for each measurement, which ensures thorough documentation of the wheel and axle alignment of each measured vehicle.

TruckCam products officially launched in Israel by new distributor Technotire Ltd.
TruckCam is proud to announce our new distributor Technotire Ltd in Israel, which is part of the Autoluxe Group. The Autoluxe Group has been in the market for more than 30 years, and specializes in workshop equipment for the tire and transport sector.  

During the opening event of the new ”Check up“ facility in Netanya, the TruckCam equipment was presented to more than 120 guests from the truck, tire and transport sector.

TruckCam and British distributor Automotive Equipment Solutions at the Commercial Vehicle Show, NEC, Birmingham, U.K.
British TruckCam distributor Automotive Equipment Solutions exhibited at the Commercial Vehicle Show in Birmingham, U.K., 24-26 of April.

By demonstrations of the latest TruckCam equipment and its functionality, the visitors had a good opportunity to see and discuss how to do quick and accurate measurements. The clear message was to never compromise on accuracy, while by wheel alignment achive the lowest possible fuel consumption, low tire wear and a safe appearance on the road.

Mr Russel Coad, managing director of Automotive Equipment Solutions, also presented the complete TruckCam system that includes software and hardware to measure all kinds of vehicles, from light commercial vehicles up to the largest trucks and buses without adding any extra equipment.

New distributor in Chile 
TruckCam is proud to announce our co-operation with Chilean company Rosas Caroca Julio Y Cia LTDA. This Chilean company has since years provided equipment and services for workshops nation wide, and TruckCam is looking forward to our future co-operation.

Installation of a TruckCam system has already been made at the Bolognesi plant, where trucks are modified and fitted with specially made axle packages. This system allows Bolognesi y Cia LTDA to do rapid and accurate wheel alignment on the modified trucks to ensure best possible customer experience on delivery.

As a natural progress for a growing company, TruckCam Trading (Shanghai) has relocated to a larger facility, closer to Shanghai city center. The new office and warehouse is a good step forward in offering the Asian market the best service possible.

 Distributors met for Regional Sales Meetings all over Europe

During March, our distributors from all over Europe were gathered in Austria, Sweden and Italy respectively. The main focus for these meetings was to inform about, and use, the TruckCam Wheel Alignment System as homologated by Mercedes-Benz.

 

The participating distributors had a good opportunity to work with the equipment and test all the TruckCam measurement functionalities. All the features to measure and align with center line reference was also discussed thoroughly.
